I hosted a reception at my Manhattan apartment for about 30 people and everything was exquisite, from the passed hors d’oeuvres (on unique and arty presentation platters), to the fixed station. Food was all cooked to order in my kitchen (having been prepped off site). Absolutely delicious. The staff were excellent—experienced, efficient and personable.
