I would give this store 6 stars if I could! I had a very specific dress I wanted and needed it in a rush (8 weeks!). Meb went out of her way to support me with this, sourcing a way to get the dress in for me on time and squeezing me in to try it on with extremely short notice. The shop is beautiful, their dress choices are a cut above the rest and their knowledge is great. Also don't buy accesories until you have been to the store, they have the most gorgeous tiaras and other hair accesories and I wished I hadn't already got mine! They have styles for everyone, but where they differ is they also have very classic and sleek designs too, like the kind you see on social media worn by a bride in a beautiful Italian venue. I didn't find such styles elsewhere. Very impressed with service and shop.

Absolutely Amazing Service! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made the entire process, especially the alterations, feel effortless and stress-free. A special thank you to Meb, who was the most relaxed, talented and kind fitter I could have hoped for. By my final appointment, I genuinely wanted to invite her to the wedding! She made every fitting feel special and truly cared about making my dress perfect. Highly recommend this place to any bride looking for not just a beautiful dress, but an unforgettable experience.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Mirror Mirror. After trying on several dresses that were beautiful but weren’t quite right, Shamel instantly understood the vision and helped me find the one, which happened to be a stunning Mirror Mirror Couture dress. What made it even more special was that they allowed me to make a few small tweaks so it felt completely “me.” It was so classic and elegant, and 100% the look I had imagined. Sandra, the incredibly talented seamstress, was an absolute dream to work with. Her patience, kindness, and attention to detail meant that my dress fit better than a glove. The quality of her craftsmanship is truly exceptional, and she is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. I’m so grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and support throughout the whole process. It was such a great experience from start to finish—I wish we could do it all again!

I had a great first impression of Mirror Mirror but I am glad I didn’t get my actual wedding dress from here. Took 8 months’ for my ‘night before dress’ which was “made to measure”, however when they told me to collect it that wasn’t true (even though measurements were on the receipt and went in TWICE to measure), and was told it would be an extra £500 for the seamstress services. My wedding dress elsewhere took 6 months from Australia to arrive, near perfection of measurement with few alterations to sort and with updates regularly, at a much more reasonable price tag. The service we had at mirror mirror was initially amazing, however, also when you pay for the dress that’s it, they don’t care about you or your services and ask you only come during weekdays to collect without any consideration of people working throughout the week 09:30am-5pm only, Saturdays only for the new customers! Beautiful dresses, a shame it ended in such a way.
