The team behind Night Kitchen Bakery is led by Chef/Owner Amy Beth Edelman, who brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to the bakery. Her journey began in high school restaurant work and led her to the Culinary Institute of America. Amy has worked in esteemed establishments such as the five-star Boca Raton Resort and Club in Florida, The Intercontinental Hotel in New York City, and EuroDisney in France. In 2000, she and her husband, Chef John Millard, purchased Night Kitchen Bakery, where they continue to create exceptional baked goods together .
